Collision onto Footpath on New Clear Water Bay Road [22 Nov 2012]

It was reported that three of the casualties were caused by a collapsed traffic sign. The event highlights the vulnerability of pedestrians alongside busy highways and the need for passive safety considerations of street furniture and sign posts.
