CRS received training of iRAP [March 2014]

The International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) is a registered charity which helps training governments and organizations to increase their capability to conduct inspections of high-risk roads and to formulate improvement plans. In March 2014, CRS invited Mr Greg Smith, Asia Pacific Director of iRAP, to give a two-day training course on their Star Ratings Tool for assessing road safety performance. CRS Chairman Julian Kwong and Member Micah Woo participated in the training.  CRS intends to launch a pilot iRAP project in Hong Kong.
