    Closing of Median Openings

    CRS appreciates the initiatives of Highways Department to close off medians on high speed roads using crashworthy, detachable
    installations. CRS considers that high priority should be given to expressways with high speed limits (>=100km/h) and where the
    risk of crossover collisions is increased by bends and gradients in the vicinity.

    The newly completed works help to relieve the crowding of arriving bus passengers at the traffic signal crossing point.
